After having played a bazillion games on my IJ, I've come to the conclusion that the entrance to my mini-PF must not be normal ( or else its just that I suck at Pinball!!)..I've attached a couple of pix showing that the ball is directed more towards the left lane, and therefore its VERY hard to get it in the right lane. Occasionally a lucky rebound bounce does it, but otherwise I'm SOL. Is my diverter at the entrance to the mini PF adjusted wrong??  Before I adjust it I want to see how its adjusted on other IJ's...Thanks in advance!!

I guess I just suck at Pinball after all!! ...I swear though I've tried everything as far as angling the mini PF before the ball drops, and it alomost always will go into the left lane, no matter what!!! Till now its been a challenge to me but now its just DAMN FRUSTRATING!!

Jim:

I agree with Mr. Hide, check if you are level. If anything the tab that guides the ball is bent back much more than normal and it still goes to the left, I would have to say momentum/gravity is taking it that way, so it must be out of level.

Good news...I guess I don't suck that bad at Pinball....Bad news....I'll NEVER be a Pinball tech( or something even remotely close to that!!)!!!  Levelling was all it was. I was always so concerned with the level being perfect in the lower part of the game that I never even thought about it being off in the upper part, as IJ plays almost completely in the lower PF. A quick couple of twists to the leveller and I'm in the right lane on demand!!  Thanks Mr.Hide and HP5P!!!

Some playfields have some "twist" to them, sometimes because of topside or underside toys and mechanics, othertimes because the cabinet is askew. So sometimes you have to level for the lesser of two evils.
