Just sort of caught a commercial for Global (I think it was).  I heard pinball and Canadian champ, but missed the details.  I think they're airing an interview with Stamm tomorrow evening at 5:30.

Edem is off to bring home the World IFPA Championship!

Oddly enough, no-one offered me a sponsership deal to fly over and compete. Must be either because I am not a well known enough name or because I pretty much suck compared to these guys.

1st round results are in andthings are not looking good for Canada.

Errrr, what website are you reading?  He made the top 32 which means he advances to the next round, Even Todd made it in as well.

I was looking not that long ago - at the end of round one he was about 46th on the list with only 9 points.  
At that time it read Below are the current standings after Session #1. The top 32 players advanced to the head-to-head bracket...
Sounded to me like he was done.

Much better news to see him and Todd still in contention

Ah Glen, it's only funny if it's true, I've been invited both years that IFPA has held the tourney, Vegas was too short notice and this year I would have gone but couldn't get the time off work, that was the only factor in my not attending this year.

But I'm curious, how many invitations have YOU gotten?  What's that, none, well I'm sure you'll stop sucking one day.
