I seriously considered it but since my favourite parts of Genesis are Peter Gabriel and Steve Hackett it's just not quite up there enough to pay the price. However I did manage to score some Roger Waters tickets for the show here in Ottawa on June 4th.
I certainly hope you enjoy yourself though!!!
listening to Supper's Ready right now and wondering if I should check out Musical Box sometime...Sparky have you seen them before? curious to see how good they are...

The Musical Box is absolutely the best tribute band I've ever seen. They do a spectacular job of re-creating the live Genesis experience of the early '70's. I'm surprised you've never seen them before. They're always in your area.
I saw Waters at the ACC a few months ago. Great show. Now if only he and Gilmour could bury the hatchet...
I think the only tix left for Waters in Ottawa are the nosebleeds...at 75-100 each!
Current 'working' lineup: ( 2 ) Flipper Football, The Shadow
Gone but not forgotten: ( 22 ) City Slicker, Dirty Harry, CFTBL, Big Shot, Big Guns, Black Rose, Judge Dredd, Indianapolis 500, Big Game, BS: Dracula x 2, Beat the Clock, Fire!, F-14 Tomcat, Getaway, Breakshot, Cheetah, Meteor, El Dorado, Nitro Ground Shaker, Chexx Hockey, Slugfest

330$ pour 2 tickets ? pis peter gabriel est pas la ?! t malade !!!!!!!
ACTUAL translation: 330$ for 2 tickets? And Peter Gabriel isn't there?! Are you crazy?
OK guys... stop dreaming. Peter isn't coming back. You can only hope for a surprise visit. Peter Gabriel is working on his next album and tour right now. As for Steve Hackett, who is currently not busy right now, the other three decided that the repertoire with Steve Hackett and without Gabriel is rather small, and thought it would be awkward to have Steve there. Besides... stop kidding yourselves... Steve Hackett's presence won't make the tour sell that many more tickets. Peter would, but not Steve. Only die-hard fans appreciate Hackett's contributions.
And yes... I paid 330$ for my wife, who is a borderline Genesis-nut, albeit being born in 1979 and was only able to see one tour, the We Can't Dance Tour (I have been to four). We did have tickets for the Calling All Stations tour in 1998-99, but it was cancelled.
I have also gone and seen The Musical Box a total of 6 times so far. Great shows. And yes... I was in a band myself in high school and college (band called Moonlit Knight, after the song from Selling England By The Pound) and we played tons of Genesis... old and new, amongst other things. I was the drummer (mediocre at best... lacked practice) and singer... ring a bell?
I must say... saying that the Peter-era was great and the Phil-era sucked is a bit harsh... both are very different. Many awesome groups had a similar evolution, such as Yes. Times change, and so do the sounds. Same thing for Peter Gabriel... hmm... Genesis did a "commercial" album in 1986 (Invisible Touch)... what did Peter do in 1986? Remember the album "So"... a great album, but commercial compared to his previous work, wouldn't you say?
This being said... I think 330$ is worth the price for a final visit of one of the best groups out there, especially in concert... trust me... I was NEVER dissapointed the other times.
