Game is really dirty but I'm starting to clean up the dirt and everything looks really good underneath. Bought this really on a whim, this will be the first time I've bought a machine without ever really playing it a bunch first. But the game looks interesting for sure with lots of ramps and supposdly pretty good flow which I like
Only thing that suck is I leave for Mexico tommorow so won't be able to set it up till I get back
Congrats Adam - I think it will be very neat game. Hopefully it'll be around the next time I make it up to Newmarket. And thanks again for my new toy. It was so tempting to set it up in my brother's driveway today but I resisted !

It was just flook I happened to be looking on Thursday and emailed the guy, then worked out a deal with ME so she would take the BR and I could get the Corvette. But yea for now it is staying obviously until I've had a chance to see what it's like but you are more then welcome to come by and try it out anytime

Yeah his staircase is pretty tight. Theres definitely no sneaking a pinball up without anyone hearing you. Have a great vacation Adam and call me when you get back. Well have to plan a visit
Well finnaly got the machine down to the basment today, first thoughts on the machine:
I like it Having never spent any time with the machine before I was a little worried I wasn't going to enjoy it, but after playing about 20 games I have to say I like it. It's not very deep but is challenging.
One thing I will note, for people who need the whole package in a game and by that I mean, voice calls, music, sound fx and gameplay. This game definatly doesn't have it. Gameplay wise I think it is allot of fun thus far, but music and sound fx are terrible. I think this is the first time I've ever disliked the sounds and voice calls. But as more of a player I don't have a problem looking past them and just enjoying the game.
The racing feature is really cool and actually pretty hard to complete as you get further into the races. I've made it to the third race but not further. Having to make quick shots over and over again and watching your car move up the speed way is pretty fun. A very unique way to play threw a timed mode and very effective as well, fun as hell as that other car speeds toward the finish line and you are franticlly trying to make any shot possible.
I love the FLOW on this game, the shots just flow so nice, you can do some sweet combos the way the ball runs threw the engine, to a shoot to the inner loop, then the inner right ramp, and back to the right flipper to shoot threw the engine to start all over again is sweet.
The game plays FAST, it reminds me allot of No Fear in it's speed with very little stoping and what stopping there is is almost welcomed so you can rest for a miniute. This thing is filthy and it's fast, and I don't even know how fast it's going to be once I clean and wax it.
Kickback is also interesting as I noticed that it runs threw the exaust pipe and exits at the upper left flipper.
For now the game is definatly going to be staying for a while. How long I don't know, but I really like the speed on it I like the modes, I like how there are tons of multiballs. So I'll be playing it for the next few weeks then shopping it and seeing how it play again then and then really deciding if it is going to stay for the long haul.
If I get some time tommorow I'll make a crappy little video like the rest of you guys and post it on you tube
Well from Filthy to CLEAN, as Clean as I can get it anyway. Shopped this machine out as good as possible, replaced the LT5 ramp, polished or tumbled all the metal, cleaned every assembly.
Thanks to Necro for getting me that final part I was missing to let me finish this today, quite a dramatic diffrence from where I started.
I decided against installing the Engine light up mod. It would reuire permenet modification of the Engine plastic, you have to drill the hole larger in order to accomodate the extra wires running threw. With how scarse and basically impossible to find the engine plastic is, I decided to error on the side of caution and not do the mod.
But the machine will be for sale very soon. Sadly while a decent and fun machine, it just doesn't hold my interest. Plus I need to pay for the 2 others machines I just bought So I'm going to play it for a while it is nicely shopped condition and then I'll be going down the list of people waiting to purchase it. Once I make it threw that I'll post it publicy.

that's damn clean! Did you CC the playfield? If not, how did you get it so shiny? Treasure Cove kit?
Very impressive
Nope, no CC job, but yes I did use the TC Polish kit, it allwasy does an amazing job. Then 2 - 3 coats of a hard carnuba wax and allot of elbow grease.
Didn't even know it was an option, If I could have installed it without any permenent modification I might have done it, but would the software even commensate for it, brining the drops back up after they all have been droped down, who know.s
