First venture into the 60's....and I can't figure out how to lift the playfield up??? Is there a second latch somewhere? The lockdown bar latch was easy.......did not expect the entire shooter rod to come with it but anyway......

Please help...

Is it a woodrail Speedy?  If it is you'll have to get out your trusty slot screw driver and losen the 3 or 4 or 5 screws on either side of the PF rails.

About a foot inside the coin door do you see a horizontal bar  from one side of the cabinet to the other about 3-4 inches below the playfield?  Look for something on that that looks like it is ok to pull towards you.

Good luck...

Oh sweet a Swing Along!  My first ever pinball title that I owned and cut my teeth on restoration in 1978 ... brings back good memories.  You always miss your first.
