This is why NIB and HUO get a premium. With NIB your virtually guaranteed the game will be in nice shape.

Mind you I have seen collectors do a very fine job of restoring games which to me says, NIB, HUO or HEP isn't necessarily all it's cracked up to be to pay for it. Guys don't value their time since it's a hobby.

well, I cant say from experience, but the arguement is supposedly these HEP restorations make NIB look like cheese

"Hey, it's only pinball". What do you want? I liken it to car restorations where they won't even put oil in the engine for fear it will ruin the restoration. Your going to pound a steel ball around in there if your going to make use of the thing.

Waste of a good pinball machine if your too worried about keeping it better than new.
