Oh, tell me. I too tried to buy a Getaway for a client, but he hesitated "remembering" that it wasn't as good as High Speed. Then he played the one at Union Station and immediately started pressuring me to buy one (but the one in Ottawa I had my eyes on went fast to the MAACA fold).
So, I have sworn no more pinballs for a while, I have too many to fix and keep track of (since there' sno room here they get farmed to friends) and WHOMP! I am negotiating a Rescue 911... when will it stop!?
Which one of the whackjobs on this forum would you actually trust to answer that question :
The ambulance-chasers ? The coil-oilers ? The guy saving for a house, but still finds money for more pins ? Mr. "Have-owned-the-same-machine-4-times" ? Mr "polish-every-piece-of-metal-under-the-playfield ? The guy who buys 3 pinball machines within one week of getting married ?
Nothing... If you find ANY pin on location you should pump $$ into it regardless of the title. The reason we can't find games on location is because they don't earn as well as other coin-op, and the only way to rectify that is to feed them $$.
If I find a pin on location, I'll pump $$ into it even if it's a title I don't like!
