I finally got me a vehicle that I can haul pins with, I've been in this hobby 7 years and with all the machines I've ever bought, I've had to borrow, beg, or pay to get the machine to me.  Thankfully those days are over.

As a pick-up owner I can tell you this from experience. Wait until it's in the driveway; all those neighbours that didn't say boo to you are now your new best friend.

If your going for a cap get a really high one. I had a low one and it was useless for pinballs. I ended up selling it and still wrap pins to move them.

Trucks are great. I used to have an '88 Chevy Blazer which was decent but I really miss my '95 Jeep cherokee. Awesome in the snow. It was rusting away and not so toddler-friendly so I basically traded traded it away for my first pin - HS! Now I have an older Honda Accord ... but it has a hitch! I use my wife's Tucson which is fine for hauling pins but it ain't *mine*.

If I see a pickup with arcade machines in the back I think, "there goes another lowlife amusement operator".

Seriously, that will be very handy as long as you have a place to park it.

You just need to fill the cab with hamburger wrappers, cigarette butts etc and then get a graphic on the side that reads: "Vengeance Amusements".

Yea I wouldn't mind more space in the cab, but that being said I wasn't exactly shopping for a truck, this one just fell into my lap.

Yea it's a 1988 but I only paid $5500 for it.  The guy that owned it before was a hobbyist mechanic and rebuilt the entire body, new engine, new breaks, new tires, new brake pads, new wires, new caps, new everything really.  He was planning on keeping it but his wife passed away so he lost all interest, sold his house, selling all his trucks and has moved into a retirement home.

if that fender chrome is the stick on crappy tire stuff, it is a breeding ground for rust it the seal (glue) starts to let water in... keep a eye on it.
